Pursuing profit to the detriment of the community and the environment is unacceptable. The future belongs to companies and public institutions that leverage their creativity for the benefit of collective value creation. Companies need to be profitable, equitable and socially involved.

In this course, participants will consider the potential of emerging business models (platform economies, shared value, circular economy, etc.) and rethink their business model and mission. Through hands-on exercises, participants will develop the agility and creativity needed to invite innovation into the heart of their business or organization.

This course is intended for entrepreneurs, managers, executives, leaders and consultants looking to take a leadership role in their sector of activity and rethink their business model and the social impact of their company or organization.
